At Scottsdale Child Care & Learning Centers, we offer a Summer Camp Program for school age students, from six to nine years old. This program integrates a variety of activities, including themed weeks, water days, dress-up days, arts and crafts, a reading program, and games. The curriculum focuses in on language arts, math, and science, to help the students retain the knowledge they acquire throughout the school year.
Our North Phoenix Summer Camp Program is:

Each week brings a different theme — it’s like having more than 10 summer camps in one — and it’s all designed to keep your child strong in mind and body all summer long.
Weekly themes include:
Creators Camp
Students learn about famous creators, such as artists, musicians, chefs, inventors, builders, architects, and authors, and try their hands at each creative skill.
Science Discoveries Camp
Students are in for a week filled with exciting experiments, while they put on their scientific thinking caps to learn about famous scientists and the scientific method.
Camping with Uncle Sam
Patriotic projects, American Flag Parades, and a fantastic Fourth of July Week Party keep this week’s camp moving!
World Cultures Camp
Explore diverse cultures and world customs! World Geography – Places can look different than our home! Explore cities, terrain, land, cultures, manners, and customs of other parts of the world.
Buried Treasure Camp
Pirates, Buried Treasure, and Jewels, Oh My! Campers learn the answers to some interesting questions: What special animals live in the rain forest? What traditions do different Islanders have? What grows in the jungle?
Camping Camp!
Grab your canteens, flashlights, and sleeping bags, its Camping Camp Week! Be at camp when we scout for a visit from Smokey the Bear, sing camp fire songs while eating s’mores, have a picnic outside, and fish for fun facts about animal safety, campground rules and starry nights.
Circus Camp
Be prepared to show off the tricks that YOU can do, as we try our hands at juggling, balancing, and clowning around while learning about the Circus.
Dinosaur Camp
Join us as we dig up dinosaur facts, fossils, and bones, as well as make volcanoes during science activity time!
