Scottsdale Child Care & Learning Center at Carefree is our North Phoenix preschool location. Our Director, Amy Alstad, came over with us from our Kierland location when we opened our  Carefree Child Care’s doors in the beginning of July, 2007. Many of our current preschool, pre-kindergarten, and private kindergarten students started out with us when they were infants and toddlers. One of the most rewarding aspects of working with children is watching them grow up to be kind, diligent, respectful, and enthusiastic leaders in our older student classrooms.

We are truly blessed to be the daycare for the Tramonto Neighborhood, where the idea of a “community” is encouraged and appreciated.  Community and Communication are some of the building blocks that allow for our Carefree preschool to feel like an extension of our homes. Our North Phoenix Child Care Center serves families living in surrounding neighborhoods including Anthem, Broadstone Canyon, Carefree, Cave Creek, Deer Valley, Desert Hills, Fireside at Norterra, Las Colinas At Black Canyon, Montana Tierra, New River, Sonoran Foothills, Stetson Valley, Talus Ranch, Tramonto, and Valley Vista.
